The cost of the special arrangements will be deducted from the
final payment. These fees will be approved by the merchant.

E-C-Q will
strive to obtain the most economical rates possible to settle
directly between financial institutions. Whenever possible E-C-Q
will pass those savings to the merchant.
Merchants
who establish fixed settlement arrangements with E-C-Q will realize
the greatest cost savings through planning and organizing the
most economical method of settlement.
