Situated at the harbours edge with a wooden walkway to the water. The walkway takes you behind the building and allows you to wander along the water front and view the fantastically busy harbour. Many boats, yachts and occasional tall ship stop in at Victoria harbour for a small respite.

This style of building is characterized by its distinctive mansard roof, emphasized by the use of dormers and roof cresting.
