Mediation Insurance

E-C-Q provides this feature called Mediation Insurance whereas the customer, upon finding that they cannot come to an agreement with the merchant, may contact E-C-Q and the Mediation process will be invoked. This process involves a mediator to assist the customer and merchant in coming to a resolution.

Individual Privacy

Very minimal information is required to register an E-C-Q account. E-C-Q respects your individual right to privacy and all communication between yourself and E-C-Q can be done via your email address. E-C-Q does not keep credit card or banking information online.

When E-C-Q receives your notice to pay, the merchant has also been informed of the availability of funds and E-C-Q makes the arrangements to pay the merchant on your behalf.
